I had purchased premium, but it is not showing on my account?

For iOS purchases:

Head to your app, More page > Account Settings > Relink subscription. If that doesn't work, try to kill the app and reopen.

For Android purchases:

Click on this link: https://glowing.com/debug/premium_status. (Please make sure to access it only via your Android device where your Glow app is installed, and that you're logged in. Then find the correct transaction, and click on redeem.)
